A: City Bites applications will be considered on an individual basis. Business experience, notably retail experience, and minimum liquidity of $150,000 are standard requirements of franchise applicants.
Q: What are the site requirements for a City Bites restaurant?
A: City Bites spends much effort in researching the demographic and traffic patterns of a particular location. We feel a pivotal long term advantage can be created by recognizing the site variables leading to higher resulting sales. The good news is, whether in traditional or non traditional locations, City Bites is very adaptable because of a flexible build out and the broad customer appeal of our product.
Q: What is the term of the franchise agreement?
A: The initial term of the Franchise Agreement is 10 years from the date of signing. Following the initial 10 year term, franchisee’s can renew for four additional five year options.
Q: How much profit can I make operating a City Bites restaurant?
A: Your earnings capability will depend on a number of factors including your ability to manage restaurant operations, market conditions, location, operating costs and financing terms to name a few.
